|sakhi! ye bhramara nikara bharamaye |
The Exquisite Sweetness of Confidential Amorous Pastimes in the Secluded Groves
sakhi! ye bhramara nikara bharamaye
O Sakhi! Look! All these bees appear to be deluded.
rati-rasa-sarasa-rasa-mandala para, jani sarovara dhaye
They are hovering over the circular arena where the amorous sports of Shyamasundara and Kishori Ji are taking place, taking it to be a lake!
jani suvistrita shveta vastra kaham, nirmala jala manabhaye
They are seeing the white clothes being worn by the Gopis and Shyamasundara to be the waters of the lake lit by moonlight!
ta bicha lala gala gopina janu, lala kamala darasaye
The red cheeks of the Gopis seem to be red lotuses to them
taisehim nila gala lalahim janu, nila kamala chhavi chhaye
and the blue cheeks of Shyamasundara to be blue lotuses.
chapala naina janu mina, vibhushana, dhuni khaga baina janaye
Their restless eyes appear to be fish to them and the tinkling of Their ornaments appears to be the sweet chirping of birds!
imi 'kripalu' juri bhringani punjani, gunjana kari mamdaraye
Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj says, "Thus swarms of bees, being deluded in this manner, are hovering over the circular arena humming sweetly."
